Terms of Service
These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when you use Vocapi. Please read them before using the service.

About these terms
Vocapi is provided by 日ノ出技研株式会社. These terms apply to the Vocapi website, mobile app, and connected features, including the Vocapi connection in ChatGPT. By using Vocapi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you are not legally able to agree on your own, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
Your account and connected services
Some features require a Vocapi account. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity carried out through it. When you connect Vocapi to another service, such as ChatGPT, you authorize that service to use the Vocapi features you approve on your behalf. The other service has its own terms and privacy practices. Contact us if you need help with your Vocapi account or connection.
Your content
You keep any rights you have in text, images, audio, vocabulary cards, and other content you provide. You give Vocapi permission to process that content only as needed to provide, maintain, and protect the features you choose to use. Please submit or share content only when you have the right to do so. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Vocabulary suggestions and third-party services
AI-generated vocabulary suggestions, definitions, examples, and transcriptions can be incomplete or incorrect. Review them before saving, studying, or sharing them. Some features use third-party services to process content you choose to submit; the Privacy Policy describes those services and the information involved.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vocapi to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, send harmful or unauthorized content, or interfere with the service or other users. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or misuse the website, app, or connected features.
Availability and changes
We may update, pause, or discontinue features as the service develops or to address security and reliability issues. We may also update these terms. When we do, we will post the revised terms here with a new effective date. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you can stop using Vocapi.
Ending your use
You can stop using Vocapi at any time. We may suspend or end access if an account violates these terms or creates a security or legal risk. For account or data requests, contact support@vocapi.xyz.
Responsibility and limitations
We work to keep Vocapi useful and reliable, but cannot promise that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vocapi is provided without warranties and we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate AI suggestions or interruptions outside our reasonable control. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
